leading supplier in servicing the power industry. Specialising in parts
for the power generation, Oil and Gas Installations, Defence and Mining
industries.
Our quality policy is to
ensure our customers requirements are determined, satisfied and documented
throughout all aspects of the contract to supply, in compliance with but
not limited to AS / ISO 9001 (2000)
These requirements will be
documented in our quality manual, quality procedures and Work
instructions.
We are committed to the continuous
improvement of all facets of the Company's operation from initial customer
contact through to after sales service. This is achieved by the employees
operating as an integral team to implement fully the quality system and procedure
guidelines.
This policy is issued to
clearly define the attitude of commitment regarding quality issues.

Armstrong Energy's

service range as well as the standard of service offered to its customers.

Armstrong energy's expanding market share, the quality and reliability of
its services, reputation for integrity and service is the concern of every
person who works for or on behalf of Armstrong Energy.
The reliability and quality
of our services commences with the receipt of high level briefs with
respect to such things as:

services to deliver the required outcomes;

of the overall tasks / project;

All staff will try to deal
with any problem you have but the director is also available to assist if
you are not satisfied with the initial responses/s or wish to offer
general comments.
