Orkot®
Orkot® materials are a range of thermoset composite bearing material with advanced polymer technologies. These consist of technical fabrics impregnated with thermosetting resins, evenly dispersed solid lubricants and further additives to ensure the optimum solution is reached for engineering applications.
AE stocks TLMM which is the top grade Orkot® and is comparable with the C335 and C361 range. Orkot® TLMM material covers majority of engineering requirements.
Orkot® tubes suit a range of shaft sizes from 25mm - 250mm.
Tube stock of 25mm - 100mm shaft can be supplied in 167.5mm, 335mm, 502.5mm or 670mm lengths.
100mm - 250mm shaft sizes can be supplied in billets of 670mm or 335mm in length.
